Without people’s readiness to embrace transformation, progress will stall.  Once the organization is prepared, the next priority is to establish a clear strategy for the transformation, including a well-defined starting point. One of the advantages of digital transformation is its flexibility: it doesn’t need to happen all at once. Raj compares it to a building block approach, where the organization starts with a high-level roadmap, breaks it down into manageable steps, and builds upward from there.
