Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, testing, and data migration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HCM functional modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll), ABAP programming, and experience in SuccessFactors integration and migration.

This role involves leading SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration, conducting functional testing, and managing data transformation tasks. Experience with BIB integration, data validation, and mock loads is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementations & Upgrades: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful delivery.

Module Expertise: Configure and support Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules.

Migration & Integration: Lead SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration, including data mapping and BIB integration.

Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct functional testing, and resolve defects with stakeholders and Quality Assurance teams.

Data Management: Oversee data migration tasks, including cleansing, extraction, transformation, and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of SAP HCM Functional Consulting and ABAP programming experience.

Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).

Experience with SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and BIB integration.

Strong understanding of enterprise testing and data management practices.

ABAP programming skills for data transformation and integration tasks.

Preferred:

Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.

SAP Certification and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
