Job Description

D4M International is seeking a highly experienced, Bi-lingual (French/English) SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join our growing SAP practice in Montreal, QC.

In this role you will be the ‘Go-To’ expert for our clients as they work their way through upgrading to S/4HANA and you will liaise with client teams in North America, Europe etc. You will be instrumental in helping our client’s gain knowledge in S/4HANA, lead the D4M team in implementations of S/4HANA in Canada, the US, Mexico and potentially other locations. In addition, you will help grow our practice and you will provide pre-sales Solution Architecture services to D4M, and our clients, assisting in writing new SAP S/4HANA project proposals to our clients.

To be considered for this role, you background should include all or most of the following:

• SAP S/4HANA and ECC Solution Architecture experience with a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience in similar roles, ideally with at least 5 years as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience in SAP Project implementation experience, primarily in S/4HANA projects.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience for Greenfield Implementation (at least one project) and Brownfield implementation, as well as System Conversion experience.
• Knowledge in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile Methodology.
• Good knowledge and experience in S/4HANA implementation strategies, such as Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid versions etc. You should also know the different types of implementations like On-Premises & cloud versions (both public and private cloud).
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector, preferably with Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
• Should have deep experience in, at least, one SAP manufacturing module, such as SD (Sales & Distribution) along good knowledge in other modules (MM, EWM, WM, PP, FICO, IBP etc.).
• Experience in developing global templates and blueprints and implementing global-scale projects would be an asset.
• Certification in S/4HANA modules and/or SAP Activate Certification would also be a real bonus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline in required. A Master’s Degree would be an asset
• Bilingual French and English language skills are a “Must Have”. ·Must be able to undertake business travel in Canada, the USA or Mexico with the travel expectation being up to 75% (or greater on occasion).
